Curtis' Ribs

Ingredients (Help):
3 lb Beef short ribs
1/2 c Flour
Salt, pepper, garlic, onion
Powder to taste
2 c Beef stock or broth

From the Pensacola News Journal:

Season ribs with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Dust with flour.
Brown ribs in skillet and then place them in casserole pan and top with 2
cups beef broth. Cook at 350 degrees until tender.
