Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients (Help):
2 c Turkey pieces 1/4 c Celery, sliced
3 tb Soy sauce 1/4 c Raisins
1/2 ts White pepper, ground 1/2 c Pineapple chunks
3/4 c Onion, chopped 1 c Vermicelli, cooked
1 Garlic clove, minced 3 tb Corn oil or peanut oil
1 1/2 c Stewed tomatos, sliced
Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet. Add onions & celery and
saute'intil onions start to turn trans- luscent. Add turkey, raisins,
tomatos, soy sauce & vermicelli. Stir well and cover. Cook for 5
minutes then add the raisins. Cook covered for 5 more minutes and
serve.
