GINGER ICEBOX COOKIES

Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients (Help):
1 c Shortening
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Molasses
4 1/2 c Flour
3 ts Ginger
1 ts Salt
2 ea Eggs

Cream sugar, shortening, add eggs. Beat well. Add molasses and dry
ingredients to make a stiff dough. Form into roll. Put in icebox to
chill.

Note: Cut, place on baking sheet. Bake in 375 F. oven.
