Ingredients (Help):
2 cn (16 oz ea) small whole 2 tb Sugar
Green beans, drained 2 ts Oregano leaves
2 Shallots or small onions, 2 ts Prepared mustard
Peeled, thinly sliced, and 1/2 ts Salt
Separated into individual 1/2 c COCA-COLA
Rings 1/4 c Olive oil
2 cl Garlic, minced 2 tb Vinegar
1/4 c Fresh parsley, chopped

In a large bowl, combine the garlic, parsley, sugar, oregano, mustard,
salt, Coca-Cola, olive oil, and vinegar, stirring until the sugar is
dissolved. Add the beans and shallots/onions; toss lightly with a fork.
Pack into 1 quart jar. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight
for the flavors to blend. Serve chilled or as a hot vegetable with steak,
hamburger, or meat loaf. Makes 1 quart.
