Lemon Milk Sherbet

Ingredients (Help):
3/4 c Lemon juice rind 4 c Milk
1 1/2 c Granulated sugar 1/4 t Salt
1 T Grated lemon

Combine lemon juice, sugar, rind- add very slowly to milk, stirring
constantly till sugar dissolves. Add salt and more sugar if desired.
Freeze in 2-qt crank freezer until difficult to turn, using 8 parts
crushed ice to 1 part ice-cream salt. Makes about 1 1/2 qt. Note:
This sherbet may curdle in the making, but when done it's nice and
creamy.
