Pasta with Creamy Garlic and Walnut Sauce

Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients (Help):
3 Cloves garlic; peeled
1 c Walnut halves; toasted and
1 1/2 c Heavy cream
3/4 c Parmesan cheese or Romano;
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Black pepper; ground
1 lb Shaped pasta; such as bow
Extra walnuts and cheese

Place garlic, walnuts, cream, cheese, salt and papper in food processor
container fitted with steel blade; cover. Process until smooth.

Cook pasta as directed on package; drain. Toss with sauce. Garnish with
additional toasted walnuts and fresh herbs and serve immediately with
additional cheese, if desired.
