Quick Golden Stew

Ingredients (Help):
4 ea Carrots -- cut 1 in. pieces 2 c Ham -- cubed
1 1/2 c Potatoes -- peeled & 1 cn Cream of celery soup,
Chopped Condensed -- undiluted 10
2 md Onion -- cut into chunks -3/4 oz.
Water 1 Jar processed American
1 pk Frozen peas -- defrosted 10 Cheese -- 8 oz

In a large saucepan or dutch oven, combine carrots, potatoes, onions
and just enough water to cover. Cook, covered until vegetables are
tender, about 10 min. Add peas and ham; continue to cook 5 more min.
Drain water. Stir in soup and cheese; heat through. Yield: 4 to 6
servings.
