1 rabbit, cut into pieces
3 peppercorns per rabbit
1 bay leaf per rabbit
1 salt
1/4 c flour per rabbit
3/16 stick butter

DIRECTIONS: Simmer rabbit pieces in salted water with peppercorns and bay
leaves until tender. Dry pieces and dredge in flour.Fry under medium heat
in butter until brown on all sides.
