Welsh Rarebit

Yield: 1 servings

Ingredients (Help):
60 g Lancashire cheese; grated
1 Egg yolk
Splash white wine
2 tb Red pepper and watercress
-sauce
2 sl Bread

1 Place the cheese, wine and sauce in a pan to heat. When the cheese has
melted, remove from the heat and add the egg yolk.

2 Cut two circles from the bread using a large plain cutter. Lay in an
ovenproof dish and pour over the sauce. Place under a hot grill until
golden.
